Fixed term contract from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027

37 Hours per week, Term-Time Only plus 2 Inset Days

GRADE JG6

This is a wonderful opportunity to join our thriving and successful school to assist us in achieving even greater success.

Job Purpose:

To coordinate and deliver high-quality pastoral and engagement support within the school’s Belong and Achieve: Student Engagement and Reintegration Programme.

This is a fixed term role linked to Inclusion Mainstream Funding, with a primary focus on designing, establishing and initially implementing the Belong and Achieve provision, ensuring sustainable systems, structures and interventions are embedded for future delivery.

The role focuses on supporting students who face barriers to attendance, engagement, and wellbeing, particularly those experiencing emotionally based school non-attendance (EBSNA), and supporting their reintegration into mainstream education through a graduated and flexible approach. The postholder will deliver targeted interventions, coordinate bespoke timetables, support reintegration into core learning, and act as a trusted adult for vulnerable learners, while fostering strong, supportive relationships between school and home.
